    Quantum-enabled decision foundry

    Intelligence, forged. Trust, built in.

    Est. 2026, Bangalore, India.

quaStrat is the quantum-enabled decision foundry. Hard problems come in raw – a board's capital bet, a business owner's cash-flow question, a strategy that has to reach the shop floor, a big task nobody knows how to start, a glacier basin's future. We formulate each one and route every piece to the right compute, from a laptop to an enterprise GPU to a quantum backend. What comes out is intelligence with trust built in: the reasoning shown, benchmarked against what you do today, and your data ring-fenced and never used to train shared models.

What comes out of the foundry

    • Minutes and hours, not twelve-week cycles. Answers from our products in minutes; a decision re-run in hours once it's built.

    • Reasoning you can see. Every answer shows where it came from: the source behind every figure, the constraints and sensitivities behind every recommendation.

    • The right compute, every time. Each problem goes to the cheapest compute that can solve it, from a laptop to an enterprise GPU to a quantum backend. We pay for quantum only when it changes the answer.

    • Proven, or your money back. Benchmarked against what you do today. Custom builds start with a fixed-scope, money-back proof of concept. Money-back POC: if we don't beat your baseline, you get back what you've paid and owe nothing more.

    The engine

    How the engine works.

Four steps, in order: AI formulates the decision as a QUBO/Ising objective; a rule-based trigger routes each sub-problem to the right solver; a hybrid solve runs quantum-inspired and classical methods on the hardware you already own, and a quantum backend where it pays; and we explain the result, never a black box. We pay for quantum only when it changes the answer.

    Breadth of search

A meeting weighs five options. The foundry weighs a hundred thousand.

Most hard decisions are made by comparing the handful of options people can hold in their heads. The foundry searches the space they can't, then shows you which constraints shaped the answer.

Bars show breadth of search, not a quality claim. Quality is benchmarked per decision against your own prior method.

    PortView

Live, mandate-aware capital allocation for principals and their investors – not a quarterly spreadsheet pretending the decision is simple.

Family offices and multi-asset principals carry a decision that is inherently live and multi-variable, yet most run it on a quarterly spreadsheet. The allocation is assembled by hand, debated in a meeting, and stale within weeks. Worse, it tends to optimise one thing at a time – chase return this quarter, trim risk the next – while the real interactions between return, liquidity, concentration and mandate rules live only in the principal's head. The cost isn't just effort; it's decisions that are structurally behind the portfolio they're meant to steer.

    Intervention Map console preview

    Intervention Map

Ranking interventions by impact is the easy part. Sequencing them under capacity, feasibility and political timing is where outcomes actually move.

Public-sector and large-programme planning almost always starts the same way: rank candidate interventions by expected impact, fund from the top. It's defensible, and it's where most analysis stops. But ranking answers the easy question. The question that decides outcomes is sequencing – in what order and at what pace do you execute, when capacity is finite, interventions depend on one another, and political windows open and close? A high-impact intervention that needs infrastructure you haven't built can't go first. Two worthy programmes drawing on the same scarce capacity can't run at once. An impact ranking is blind to all of it.

    Cryo-Q – Glacier Operations Console

A hybrid quantum + classical operating system to monitor, forecast and act on Himalayan glacier loss.

Decisions around Himalayan glacier preservation sit on top of climate modelling, hazard prediction and resource allocation – across multiple emission pathways and a finite budget. Ranking interventions or modelling one basin at a time can't hold that complexity, and the cost of getting it wrong is measured in floods, water security and stranded spend.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked.

The quantum-enabled decision foundry. The world's first quantum-enabled strategy & decision platform.

    When was quaStrat founded?
quaStrat was established in 2026 in Bangalore, India as the world's first quantum-enabled strategy & decision platform – the first firm to combine board-grade strategy capability with a quantum-enabled optimisation core, delivered as benchmarkable client engagements.
    What makes quaStrat the first?
quaStrat is the first firm to combine board-grade strategy capability with a quantum-enabled optimisation core – AI formulation, rule-based quantum triggering, hybrid solve on classical GPUs/TPUs (with quantum backends invoked only when the problem's structure justifies it), and an explained, benchmarked output. Est. 2026, Bangalore, India. We make no claim of asymptotic quantum speed-up and we don't build or own quantum computers.
    What is quantum-enabled decision foundry?
quaStrat is the quantum-enabled decision foundry. Hard problems come in raw – a board's capital bet, a business owner's cash-flow question, a programme that has to be sequenced – and we formulate each one and route every piece to the right compute, from a laptop to an enterprise GPU to a quantum backend. What comes out is intelligence with the reasoning shown and benchmarked. quaStrat is also the world's first quantum-enabled strategy & decision platform.
Does quaStrat use a real quantum computer?
Sometimes – through cloud quantum backends, when a problem's structure justifies the cost. Most problems run on quantum-inspired algorithms on classical GPUs and TPUs. We don't build or own quantum computers. Our research into quantum edge devices is at concept stage; see Research.
    How do you prove quality?
Custom builds and Quantum Integration are benchmarked against the client's own prior method. If we don't beat that baseline, we refund what you've paid and don't bill the rest.
    How fast is an engagement?
Discovery in days. A bespoke decision tool or dashboard built and deployed in roughly one to three weeks.

We'll show you what a computational core does to it.
